Many treat tile work as “Labor”. However, when you treat tile work as a “Labor of Love” and treat it like a work of art… Everything changes. The Perfect Corners, The Symmetry and Attention to detail will also make you feel proud. My journey took me all over the world where I acquired a need to separate myself from the crowd. Producing amazing work is personal and there is also an emotional attachment to each job I complete.
We start as a Client / Contractor relationship but leave as family. When you have a passion for people your work is a testament to it. You go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. Your customer turns into family because of the extra attention you put forth as if you were doing it for your own.
We are a dime a dozen… heck, you can learn how to tile just by watching videos on YouTube. Contractors mostly seek best profits, and as long as the client doesn’t complain they are off to the next job. When you come from a background where your name and quality work means everything and when you’re held responsible for your work… you quickly learn the importance of standing out. Whether we’re working on a $5+ million dollar penthouse in London or doing a Kitchen Backsplash for a friend… the same attitude and quality is there. When you look closely at the quality of our work, you will be bothered but what the norm is out there.
Grout cracks in the corners are a sign of a poor install. Unless the house is settling (which would mean the cracks would go completely up the wall not just the tile work), cracks in your shower are NOT normal!
Getting the most out of a install means going back and forth with the client to create a masterpiece that will work for years to come. Assisting in choosing the material, trim, placement, colors etc is part of the process. Doing it right the first time is key. We enjoy when a client wants to explore and push the envelope of design. We are not interested in only “Safe” and “Mediocre” installs. Let’s bring your vision to life!
When a friend asks you… “do you know someone who does great tile work?” and by the time they even finish their sentence you put everything down and pull out your phone to give our number…THAT is the kind of job we want to do for you. We want customers to go out of their way to refer us out because their level of confidence is through the roof! Nothing worse than referring someone who does a bad job for a friend.
